Infrastructure projects rarely fail on the work itself. They fail in three predictable places.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\nWe self-perform civil, structural, electrical, cabling and commissioning, so most of those handoffs happen inside one company, on one schedule.<\/span><\/td>\n		WHAT WE DO ABOUT IT<\/b>
\nThe cabling crew waits on the electrician, who waits on the general contractor to release the room. Every handoff is somewhere a week can disappear, and no single party owns it.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\nProcurement usually sits with whoever is not carrying the schedule, so racking, switchgear and cooling equipment land after the crews do.

We run procurement ourselves on fit-out work. On the Wisconsin warehouse that meant electrical, lighting, racking and door hardware were on site before the crews were.

\nWe close out as we go: row by row on cabling, unit by unit on commissioning, so the records exist when the work does.<\/span><\/td>\n

General contractor\n<\/b><\/td>\nYou want one party to hold the build.<\/b>\n\nPermits, trades, sequencing, procurement, inspection and closeout all sit with us, and the owner deals with one team from survey through final acceptance.\n<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
